The table lamp is made of a screen, a lamp stand and a wire with a plug. All parts are from an old lamp. New lampfot is molded by a beacon. Big wooden beams are turned on. The display is covered with decoupage paper.
Stand by foot: Cut 4 pcs. a approx. 1m of the thick bonnet wire.
Assemble the 4 threads by spinning them in the middle. This is done with one of the four that is spinning around its own axis and around the others.
At one end, the four ends are twisted to flat spirals as shown, so the stand can stand.
Use a round cardboard box as a mold, brush it inside with a decouple layer to make the folder more robust compared to the wet concrete mix. Let dry.
Before the molding process, brush the mold / box inside with plain cooking oil (thus releasing the molded figure more easily).
A piece of wire (for use only to cast) is fastened using a paint tape on the stand that is placed in the mold / box as shown.
Also put paint tape over the wire at the bottom of the box. NB The cord must go all the way.
Mix concrete and stir with water as directed on the packaging. Pour the liquid mass into the mold as shown. Let dry approx. 24 hours.
Remove the molded lamp base from the mold as it may be necessary to cut.
Remove both tape and the small piece of wire that it is used to casting.
Lead with connector is now passed through the hole on the lamp mount as shown.
Large wooden beads (beads with holes) are threaded on the stand.
Finish with a fitting that is mounted in the wire and fasten with the spin on the stand using the loose ends of the bonza wire.
If the old lamp screen is not already white, it is grounded with Plus Color hobby paint. Let dry.
Divide the screen to the center with a painted tape as shown. This is done to get the nicest collection of decoupage paper that is later attached to each side of the division.
Attach decoupage paper first to one side of the partition, and then on the other side with decoupagelack.
Remove the tape.
Assemble the decoupage paper from both sides of the screen, clip and attach with decoupagelack that is also used for finishing the entire cover. Let dry.
Screw a bulb into the socket and secure the display. TIP! The underside of the concrete foot can be covered with a solid-felt felt to avoid scratches.
